Reflection of Learning

During my four years of being in the Nursing Assistant major at SE TECH, I learned many new skills and have grown to discover my passion for healthcare. Through the teachings of various teachers, I learned the true process of what it means to work hard for what I want to become. I also learned how to communicate with my peers and how to be an effective leader to others. In addition, my CNA classes have strengthened my goal of being part of the healthcare system to help other people.

In the process of completing my capstone project, I encountered a few problems. At first, I struggled with my own concept for my project because I am not the best at understanding the nervous system. In addition, it was difficult for me to contact a mentor because I had problems with managing my time. Lastly, it was difficult for me to design a website because I had no experience in designing one and I struggled with getting all my content for my project. Although, all in all, I learned that time management was the key to completing my project and I learned many things about the concept of pain.
